Huawei unveiled its first laptop ever, called the Matebook X.
MacBook Pro-like
The 13-inch laptop has a MacBook Pro quality to its design. It looks and feels very solid.
Dolby Atmos sound system
Dolby co-designed the speakers on the top of the laptop's keyboard.
Gray, gold and pink
The laptop comes in three shades: gray, gold and pink. Sadly, the pink model wasn't available for us to see.
Fingerprint reader
The power button doubles as a fingerprint reader that works with Windows Hello, Microsoft's biometric sign-in system.
Backlit keyboard
It has a full-size chiclet backlit keyboard.
Narrow bezels
The laptop's screen has super narrow bezels to maximize screen space.
Intel inside
Inside it has a seventh-generation Intel Core i7 or i5 processor.
Cool design
Despite being its first laptop ever, Huawei has nailed the design.
Compact size
It's super compact, comparable to the 12-inch Macbook Pro.
A little heavy
At 2.3 pounds (1 kg) it's a little heavier than the MacBook Pro, which only weighs 2 pounds.
