The HTC Incredible S is available unlocked for around $550 but rumor has it, the Android smartphone will land at Verizon Wireless as the Droid Incredible 2.

Display
The Incredible S may seem a little underwhelming compared to today's dual-core, 4G-capable smartphones, but it still offers some nice improvements over its predecessor, including a larger, sharper 4-inch Super LCD touch screen.

Design
Due to the larger display, the Incredible S is slightly bigger than the Droid Incredible. However, the tapered edges help keep the phone pretty slim.

Left side
The left spine features a volume rocker and a Micro-USB port. There aren't any controls on the right side, but we wish there were, namely a dedicated camera key.

On top of the device, you'll find a power button and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

Back and camera
Like the Droid Incredible, the HTC Incredible S has a topographic design on back. It's a feature that some will either love or hate. Also located on back is the phone's 8-megapixel camera and dual LED flash.

Picture quality
As you can see, picture quality isn't the best. Photos taken indoors were dull and had a pinkish hue. However, the quality was much better for outdoor shots.
