Visually, Google+'s home feed puts Facebook's timeline to shame. Plus, if you flip your device into landscape mode, you'll be able to swipe through feeds horizontally. It's a brilliant, simple detail that I hope to see incorporated in other apps as well.
One of the best things about Google+ is Instant Upload, a feature that automatically uploads photos to a private album on your account as soon you take them on your Android device.
