Gemini FirstMix

The Gemini FirstMix is an entry-level digital DJ system that sells for $99 and is available now. The system includes a USB-connected MIDI controller and MixVibes Cross LE software (Mac/PC).

Down the middle of the FirstMix DJ controller you'll find buttons and knobs for adjusting the crossfade, EQ, effects, tempo, track selection, and play/pause. These same controls (and others) are also available through the software.

Overall, the FirstMix controller isn't the sleekest DJ controller we've seen and its small size and all-plastic construction feel a bit toy-like. Still, for $99, it's a fun DJ tool and the included software is surprisingly capable.
