Crossy Road

When the new Apple TV debuts later in 2015, it'll be packing a slew of exclusive games and features designed to entice console gamers into the Apple  fold.

We'll start with Apple Design Award-winning Crossy Road: this modern take on Frogger sees you controlling a critter as it scurries across busy streets. The Apple TV gets an exclusive multiplayer mode, so you can help (or hinder) your animal pals.

Beat Sports

Beat Sports is developed by Harmonix, the creators of Rock Band. It's a rhythm game that taps into the spirit of Wii Sports: swing the Apple TV remote to swing the bat, and use the trackpad to scoot your athlete around.

Guitar Hero

We didn't get to see Guitar Hero in action, but we were told that the resurrected rhythm game series would be making its way to the Apple TV.

Disney Infinity is making the jump to the Apple TV too -- we got a very brief look of Disney's take on "Star Wars."

Rayman Adventures

The Rayman series has evolved into a frenetic, rhythm-heavy series, and the game's Apple TV incarnation shouldn't disappoint.

Asphalt 8: Airborne

Asphalt 8: Airborne (see our review) has appeared on just about every platform under the sun, and the premise remains the same: drive supercars very, very fast. You can expect to spend as much time above the road as you do on it.

Shadowmatic

This clever puzzle game sees you adjusting objects that hover in midair to form intricate shapes in the shadows.

Please note: this screenshot is from the Apple App Store, of the iPad version. See our review of Shadowmatic for iOS.
