You can lift the cradle off the swing to rock independently.

The Smart Connect app lets you control the intensity of the swing, whether the mobile lights up, and what music is playing.

The mobile features birds that swing and light up. You can also play nature sounds, like birds chirping, to match the mobile.

The body of the Cradle 'n Swing features basic controls, allowing you to set the swing in motion, turn on music and ambient sounds, and control their volume.

The mobile, like most parts of the Cradle 'n Swing, is also removable so you can personalize the device to your child's needs.

If you're using the device to help soothe your child, the app's timers can also come in handy. I used it to turn off the swing once my son fell asleep.

The Fisher-Price 4-in-1 Smart Connect Cradle 'n Swing is a compact product and costs $200 (about £150 or AU$270).
