Month view

After launching Fantastical 2 for the first time, you'll be walked through using a gesture to expand and collapse the week view into the month view. The colored dots on a date represent events for your various calendars.

Settings

Fantastical 2 has a long list of settings within the app. You can alter which maps app opens when getting directions, add an alert badge indicating various events and situations, and change themes, to name just a few.

Event details

Should you need to add more information to an event you're able to do so with ease.

Events

The main part of a calendar is the management of your schedule through events. Adding an event to your calendar is simple. Type the details as you would normally speak it to someone else and Fantastical 2 will enter it for you.

Adding a reminder

The toggle switch next to the text field helps identify if you're entering an event to the calendar or a reminder. In this screenshot a reminder is being entered.

Agenda view

The main view shows you your agenda. The theme pictured above is the default, dark theme. Tap and hold on an event to edit, duplicate, or move it.

Location, location, location

Having location data for your next appointment readily available on your calendar can save you time and frustration. Fantastical 2 not only automatically maps your appointment if you enter the name of the location, but it allows you to launch into navigation directly from within the app.
