Falcon adds Twitter powers to your Android home screen (pictures)
Fresh out of beta, Falcon brings Twitter functionality right to your Android home screen. We take a look at this incredibly robust widget.
Elegant interface
Falcon's interface is sleek to begin with. But if you like, you can switch it up with themes, as well as customizable text sizes and colors. The Translucent theme is shown here.
Pick a size, any size
Falcon is resizable, so it can fit any configuration of home screen.
Web site viewer
Tap a tweet to expand it and see a preview of any linked Web pages.
Picture pop-out
Rich content, including pictures, shows up as previews in expanded tweets. This means quick access to content without having to boot up your browser or other apps.
Tweet from your Home screen
Hit the Compose button and start tweeting from a small window on your Android home screen. You can even mention other users, add location tags, and add images.
