Biography: Bel fell in love with photography when she purchased her first SLR at age 18. Then she wandered the planet pointing said camera in every direction. Before long she had several onlookers asking her to take photos of them, and she happily obliged. This snowballed into the birth of Trigger Happy Images.
Soon after, Dodge, who hails from Oklahoma in the US, stepped into the picture and swept Bel off her feet. He has since been bringing his creative eye to every shoot. These days you can find them shooting weddings, travel, portraits, events, interiors, fashion, lifestyle.
Other things you might like to know about Bel and Dodge: Bel studied visual art at university (she even has a piece of paper to prove it). Dodge had his first solo art exhibition at age 20; his "mom" was very proud. Bel and Dodge also run their own creative company called [db] collective.

This is Tionie Newth. She has an amazing story of overcoming the suicide of her father, sexual abuse and an eating disorder. This image was shot for Enhance Magazine, which was featuring Newth's inspirational story. I love the contrast of all the elements and those three perfect yellow balloons.

This is our niece. We took her to the fair on a sunny day. We've become a little bit addicted to shooting into the sun since we took this. There is something very magical about it.

We didn't really get to know this woman, but her face tells her story. This was taken in a Cambodian classroom. The Khmer writing on the chalkboard provided the perfect backdrop.

We were pretty chuffed to find a sizeable patch of these sweet mauve blooms for our lovers to lie in. They look so dreamy.

This image freezes a moment of chaotic on-stage energy forever. Event photographers are generally focused on capturing facial expressions, the size of the crowd and so on, but we think this pair of happy feet best capture the moment.
