Dacor's classy oven responds when you call (pictures)
Voice commands will soon be able to control the Discovery IQ Dual-Fuel ranges, shown off by Dacor at CES.
The Dacor Dual-Fuel Ranges now feature voice commands. Tell your oven when it's time to start cooking and it'll listen.
The voice control works with Dacor's Discovery IQ system on both their 48-inch and 38-inch ranges.
The ranges include an embedded Android tablet for cooking assistance as well.
The machines themselves aren't too shabby. The gas stove features 14-inch continuous cooking grates.
The oven offers Pure Convection cooking with a dedicated heating element behind a fan, as well as 10 other cooking modes.
The technology and capability of Dacor's premium line is certainly top end. The price matches at $12,000 for the 48-inch model and $9,000 for the 36.
