On the selection screen you can pick from different tracks that feature specialized cars. There are also three skill levels to choose from, but don't be surprised if it starts getting difficult even on the easy levels.
The jet car gives you the most maneuverability while in the air, letting you navigate through floating check points, and adjust for smooth landings back on the track.
