The Hypr-3

The Hypr-3 brings the ease and security of biometric payments to any device that offers Bluetooth. And it only costs $20, which is roughly £13 or AU$25.

The black patch up at the top is the finger print reader. Swipe your finger to send the all clear to your device that you are, in fact, you.

Hypr seems keen on showing off the device attached to the back of phones. That may prove convenient -- and it's only 3.2mm thick -- but the device need only be within Bluetooth range of your phone.

The Hypr-3's app can translate Bitcoins into dollars, so you can make Bitcoin transactions without actually owning Bitcoins.

You can of course pay for things by way of NFC too, just like with Google Wallet or Apple Pay.
