Canon's EF 500mm f/4L IS II USM supertelephoto has a new image stabilization mode designed to make it easier to track moving subjects. And the notched ring between the rubberized focus and zoom rings can be used to operate the lens in "power focus" mode for smoothly changing focus geared for video usage.
