Braun BrewSense looks basic but makes superb drip
While the Braun BrewSense KF7150 looks like an ordinary automatic drip coffee maker, the pots of joe it conjures are outstanding.
Looking like any of the countless programmable drip coffee makers on the market, to say that the Braun BrewSense plays it safe designwise is an understatement.
Above the carafe and below the filter basket is a drip stop mechanism.
One way Braun kept the cost of this coffee maker down is by equipping it with a glass carafe and hot plate instead of a premium thermal pitcher.
Braun provides a gold coffee filter in the box, but it can also accept type #4 paper filters.
To access the filter and water tank you need to flip open the coffee maker's square lid.
Like many automatic coffee machines, the BrewSense has a digital clock to schedule brewing in advance.
