Bracketron Nav-Mat II
The Nav-Mat II allows users to add a semipermanent attachment point for their existing GPS or smartphone suction-cup mount to any vehicle's dashboard.
Tacky bottom surface
The Nav-Mat II's bottom surface is coated with a Temporbond material. This tacky substance allows the mat to stick to nearly any hard surface, yet remain easily removable and reusable. The adhesion is strong enough to suspend the Nav-Mat II upside-down from a hand for a few moments.
Low profile
In a vehicle with a dark interior, the 1/8th-inch-thick Nav-Mat II blends into the dashboard. For vehicles with lighter color schemes, the black pad will be considerably more prominent.
Suction-cup mount
The circular puck in the center of the Nav-Mat II is for attaching your GPS device's or smartphone's suction-cup car kit. By mounting on the dash instead of the windshield, the device is now closer to the driver and compliant with nearly all windshield obstruction laws.
Hang in there
On firm, nonporous surfaces, the Nav-Mat II will stick nearly indefinitely. Here the mat is supporting the weight of the Motorola Droid and its car kit while mounted at a 90-degree angle.
