You start with the two tiny screws at the bottom of the 3GS.
Notice suction cup used to separate the two main sections.
All the major parts are now separated (cracked screen on far left) and the new replacement screen is ready to be put on.
New screen in place on top panel.
iPhone is now good as new and old cracked glass is ready to be recycled.
