Botanicula looks amazing as you touch to solve puzzles (pictures)

You might have played point-and-click puzzle games before, but this one brings a unique art style and adorable characters you'll want to see through to the end.

The black objects on the left side of the screen are the parasites you're trying to banish from the tree.

As the parasites travel throughout the game, they eat and drink the life out of anything they touch.

Early on you discover a special leaf that maps out the current level. It displays where you've been and a thumbnail of what's there.

This section of the game required tapping on the leaf buckets, followed by the leaf full of water. As you tapped on the buckets, they would move, allowing water to drain onto the ground below.

You'll meet all manner of strange and adorable creatures in Botanicula.

The creature in the middle fell out of the sky, landing on the branch in front of me.

Tapping him made him break into song.

Not everything in the game is a mystery waiting to be solved. At times, the characters share more of their personality. In one level, one of them really wanted to ride this ferris wheel.

A dozen chickens are hidden in one of the levels, waiting to be found and used to solve another puzzle.
