Among the highlights of my time at CNET was traveling to Brazil and Colombia to explore the impact tech was having in emerging markets. This moment took place as a flash storm hit, sending most of the youngsters at this park in Medellin, Colombia, running for cover, though one just wanted to enjoy the rain.
