B-ON 5-in-1 MD health monitor
BARCELONA -- Though the accuracy of home health monitors is still up for debate, that doesn't stop companies from manufacturing new health-related smart-devices. Touted as the "world's smallest 5-in-1" health monitor, the MD from B-ON is one of the latest products to join the market, and it was showcased this week during MWC 2015.
Measuring ECG levels
At the bottom of the device is one of three sensors that help measure a user's ECG levels. In addition, a pump valve that connects to an arm cuff is at the top center.
Attachment to arm cuff
An arm cuff that measures blood pressure is outfitted with a mount that can attach to the MD.
Powering on
The power button located on the side of the device.
Sensors and charging
On the left is a small slit that supports the function of the blood pressure measuring mode, and on the right is a Micro-USB charging port.
Measuring blood oxygen levels
The top sensor measures blood oxygen levels and your heart rate.
Taking your temperature
On the side is a sensor to measure body temperature. Additionally, it doubles as one of the other sensors that measures ECG levels. Click here for more of CNET's coverage of MWC 2015.
