Jessica Dolcourt is a passionate content strategist and veteran leader of CNET coverage. As Senior Director of Commerce & Content Operations, she leads a number of teams, including Commerce, How-To and Performance Optimization. Although the dialpad isn't as conducive to composing long e-mails and missives as a QWERTY keyboard, the predictive text and snappy responsiveness of the keys makes it user-friendly regardless.
