Initial setup

Setup requires you to take a bit of a stroll in order to fully calibrate your device.

Goals

You are only asked to set a step goal during the initial setup process, which defaults to 8,000. You can adjust this at any time in the app's menu.

My Activity

The color-coded hexagons are easily identifiable  and provide the most important information at a glance.

Filter

Instead of viewing your activities on a daily basis, you can filter out everything else and view only one activity.

Comparing data

When viewing trends for a particular activity, you can control what to compare. For example, here my step activity is compared to my burned calories.

Main menu

The main menu gives you options to connect more apps and services, adjust water and sleep goals, along with many more options.

Additional activities

Tapping on the plus icon will bring up a list of activities and foods for you to track. Ranging from blood pressure to a beer, this is where you'll add it to your daily activities.

Health coach

You can sign up to have a personal health coach monitor and provide advice based on your Argus feed. But doing so will set you back $50 a month.
