Anova heats up sous vide with Wi-Fi (pictures)
The newest Anova Precision Cooker has Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and a couple of apps to help you cook food with a hot water bath.
The Anova Precision Cooker with Bluetooth + Wi-Fi is available for $199 (converts roughly to £130 in the UK, AU$275 in Australia). The device allows users to use the sous vide method to cook food.
The Anova Wi-Fi is 14.75 inches long and fits onto pots or other containers.
The Anova Wi-Fi is suspended in water. The device heats and circulates water to the temperature at which you want to cook your food.
You can set the temperature to which you want the Anova Wi-Fi to heat your water using the LED-backlit scroll wheel.
The Anova Wi-Fi clamps onto pots of varying thickness with its adjustable attachment.
The LCD display on the Anova Wi-Fi shows the current water temperature on the top and the set temperature at the bottom.
