A stand-up tablet with a stand-out design
You don't usually hear "hands-free" and "tablet" in the same sentence, but the innovative design of the Lenovo Yoga Tablet 2 mediates that.

Unique and useful design
What makes the Yoga Tablet 2 different from its competition is its built-in kickstand. It's a useful inclusion and helps reduce wrist fatigue.
Sleek in silver
It's not a traditional tablet design, but it still feels good in your hands. It feels even better when it's not your hands (because it has a handy-dandy kickstand.)
Stand in the back
With a simple twist of the rounded spine, you can easily prop up the tablet on any sturdy surface.
Sneaky slot
The microSD card slot is hidden behind the kickstand. It's easy to spot once unveiled, though.
Close up for a close-up
In order to use the 8-megapixel rear camera, located around the corner from the power button, Lenovo suggests folding up the kickstand.
A similar silhouette
The Android line of Yoga tablets have sported a similar look, but this iteration is the best yet.
No hands, no problem
I found the kickstand extremely useful for kicking back and watching TV or movies. The sharp display is delightfully colorful and the screen has wide viewing angles -- so you can invite a friend.
Calling all angles
The Lenovo tablet can also be laid down for a more comfortable typing, gaming or Web browsing experience.
Gripping edge
The bottom edge isn't just a way to pull down the kickstand -- it also makes holding the tablet in one hand easy. The rounded spine almost feels like holding an open paperback book that has the already-read pages folded toward the back cover.
I can hear you now
The two front-facing speakers are another shining attribute to the 8-inch Lenovo tablet. When used in conjunction with the Dolby app, music sounds rich, dialogue is sharp and gaming effects are crisp.
Simple and solid
The Android version of the 8-inch Lenovo Yoga Tablet 2 costs less than its powerhouse peers and appeals to those who want to enjoy leisurely activities on the go. If you're not hung up on high-end features, but you are on a budget, don't discount the Yoga Tablet 2.
