A thunderstorm simulator with a great interface (pictures)

Thunderspace is mostly about 3D stereoscopic audio as you listen to thunderstorms, and the interface is as elegant as the storm simulation.

Enjoy a roof garden storm

One of the stronger storms in the Thunderspace library, the Roof Garden gives you heavy rainfall sounds and plenty of thunderclaps.

Simple interface

The main screen while the storm is playing features only buttons for toggling the flash (lightning) and a Pause/Play button. Swipe to the right or down to bring up more menus.

The Desert Storm is windy

The descriptions are frankly pretty out there, but they are true to their word. The Desert Storm sounds as if you're in a windy desert with a storm on the horizon.

Not many options, not many needed

Swipe down to get to the options screen where you'll find buttons to share, rate, or gift the app, and you can restore previous (storm type) purchases. What it doesn't include is a sleep timer (a definite necessity), but that's supposed to come in a future update.

Crickets, frogs, and lightning, oh, my!

The Wood Frogs storm type is much lighter than others, with softer rain and the sounds of crickets and frogs in the distance.
