Venmo is now available as a payment method on Amazon.

This holiday season, Venmo isn't just for paying your friends and family.

Over the last few years, contactless payment methods like Venmo have become extremely popular with retailers as a way to make in-store purchases. Companies like Grubhub, Uber Eats, Hulu and Urban Outfitters all accept Venmo as payment, and you can add one more major retailer to that list -- Amazon.

Right now, you can now add your Venmo to your Amazon account and set it as your default payment method for purchases, which might come in handy with Black Friday and Cyber Monday coming up. 

And the best part? If you are an Amazon Prime member and connect your Venmo and Amazon accounts, you can get up to $10 in Amazon credit. The reward expires 30 days after being applied to your Amazon account.

You could get $10 in Amazon credit for adding Venmo to your account, or it might be a lower amount.

The limited offer is currently only available for eligible Prime members, and it ends on Dec. 31.

According to the terms and conditions, the offer is only valid for Amazon Prime members who have received the offer directly from Amazon through email. Members with a Prime trial subscription are not eligible for this deal. Credit amounts may vary.
