Much to director Zach Snyder's dismay, even a locked-down set couldn't stop someone from leaking footage from the hotly anticipated "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" film. The totally 100 percent real (wink, wink) footage comes courtesy of "The Wil Wheaton Project," and shows a heated argument between the two heroes over...a drum set?

In the clip, Batman gives an electronic drum set to Superman, but the two never agree on whether it's a sale or a gift. After what's likely months of bickering, the two finally decide to take the issue to "The People's Court." Judge Marilyn Milian will have none of these "idiots" bickering over something so meaningless, and orders Superman to return the drum kit to the Caped Crusader. But instead of just being happy with the decision, Batman yells out that Superman's "an illegal immigrant," a possible reference to Superman renouncing his American citizenship in Action Comics #900.

As far as the actual plot for "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" goes, we'll have to wait until closer to the film's release date to find out. And it'll be a long wait, as the movie isn't expected to hit theaters until spring 2016.
