Week ahead: Countdown to Cisco
It's a quiet week for IT events, but earnings could generate some cheers if tech titans Cisco Systems and EDS bat out a profit as expected.
Networking giant Cisco Systems is stepping up to the earnings plate next, preparing to bat out some profits. The tech titan will be joined by a host of other companies, such as Electronic Data Systems (EDS), that are rolling out their quarterly results.
Information technology events, however, will be few and far between. Some of the events scheduled include Business Intelligence 2003 and Boundaryless Information Flow: Keeping IT Secure.
The information was gathered from First Call, Hoover's Online, CCBN's StreetEvents and CNET Investor.
