Web Site Fights Computer Viruses

S&S Software International has launched an antivirus information center located at http://www.sands.com.

The site will offer information on over 6,400 known computer viruses, along with monthly updates on new viruses, officials said. Access to S&S's antivirus research team is also available.

Profiles of common viruses--including Form and Parity B--are also available at the Web site. According to statistics from S&S, these two viruses are the most likely to invade PC systems.

Owners with ailing PCs can also download technical papers and pick up tips on how to prevent another virus attack.
