Web site developer gets $25 million

E-business solutions provider Lumina Americas said Tuesday it closed a $25 million second round of funding. The company, which provides Web site development to online customer acquisition and retention programs, focuses on Hispanic markets in the Unites States, as well as in Latin America. Investors include J.P. Morgan Latin America Capital Partners, Seven Hills Partners and The Hillman Companies. Lumina Americas has received a total of $45 million in investments with this latest round.
