Walmart.com, the Internet arm of giant U.S. retail chain Wal-Mart Stores, is expected to lay off 24 workers Tuesday, sources close to the company said. The layoffs are mostly in the company's marketing and sales departments. Walmart.com, which has yet to find the same success online as its parent company has offline, is still hiring in other departments.
