LG G3 lands on Verizon on July 17, report says
A Twitter source says Big Red will carry LG's new flagship in just over a month's time.
Verizon is expected to start selling the flagship LG G3 smartphone on July 17, according to a new report.
Citing an anonymous tip, often-reliable Twitter tipster Evleaks says the G3 should be at Big Red's doorstep in a few week. Details shown in an allegedly leaked internal Verizon document peg July 10 as the start of pre-orders.
Assuming these dates stick, we may see the G3 arrive at other carriers in mid-July as well. So far the big four players have all announced their intentions to carry the phone.
We aren't sure what the G3's pricing will look like, but if history is any indication, the phone could cost $200 with a new two-year service agreement. Be sure to read CNET's hands-on impressions with the LG G3 here .
