Valentine's Day gift idea: Klipsch Image S3 in-ear headphones, $28 shipped

They're pink, so no sneaky buying these for yourself, guys (unless that's how you roll, which is totally fine).

The Klipsch Image S3 pink earphones are a steal at $27.99 shipped. World Wide Stereo

Nothing says "I love you" like a pair of noise-isolating earphones. Because they're so, um, noise-isolating. (I know, I'm reaching.)

If you're a guy shopping for a Valentine's Day gift for a gal, this might be just the thing: Bob and Ron's World Wide Stereo has the Klipsch Image S3 in-ear headphones, in pink, for $27.99 shipped. That's after applying coupon code DEALNEWS3.

These are higher-end headphones, typically selling for around $49. Unlike the Image S2m I wrote about a couple weeks back, they don't have an in-line microphone.

They do, however, come with three different-sized oval earphone tips, a carrying case, and a two-year warranty. Klipsch also mentions a "tangle-resistant cable," though doesn't specify what exactly that means.

As I've mentioned before, I never travel (especially on an airplane) without a pair of earbuds like these. They're a huge improvement over the stock 'phones that come with most smartphones and MP3 players. Amazon customers have rated them 4.5 stars out of 5 on average.

And because they create a noise-isolating seal inside the ear canal, you can keep the volume lower, thereby protecting your hearing. Which is just how you sell it to your snookums: "These are so you'll always be able to hear me whispering sweet nothings in your ear." (Learn from the master, fellas, learn from the master.)

Bonus deal: Today only, Tanga.com has some awesome deals on tech-themed T-shirts. Notably, there are four selling for $4.99 apiece (plus $1.99 for shipping). My favorite: "The Internet is broken so I'm outside today."
