Analysts had expected a loss of 8 cents per share, according to First Call. That compares with a loss of $1.07 million, or 6 cents per share, for the same period in 2000. The company generated no revenue for the second quarter as well as the same period in 2000. TTR Technologies has a development and marketing deal with Macrovision, which has been testing copy-protected CDs for the past several months.
