The episodes will be both streamed and on demand, and will be available "only hours of airing in the US", according to Quickflix. The Quickflix site says that the episodes are "streaming Tuesday".

Individual episodes will cost AU$2.99 for SD and AU$3.49 for HD. Quickflix will also offer a "season pass" for True Blood for all 10 episodes for AU$28.99 in SD or AU$33.99 in HD. Holders of a season pass will get an 11th "wrap-up special episode", as well.

These prices are identical to those being offered by the iTunes store in Australia.

Quickflix has a solid history with HBO shows, offering a wide array of older seasons, as well as offering new shows close to their US broadcast dates.
