Khail finally made it back from the East Coast, but he's still thawing out a little. Hopefully we can warm him up with weird tech, robots and VR news on today's show. An Australian university worked for over a year to complete a pair of 3D-printed jet engines that are the first of their kind. Also, developer Starship launched CyberCook for Samsung's Gear VR headset -- hoping to help the culinarily-challenged learn to make a proper meal -- and ROBEAR the friendly robot nurse (with a bear head) is coming to Japan to help care for its aging population.
We also took a trip to the set of "CSI: Cyber," the newest series in the CSI universe. We got to talk to the cast a little bit about what the show is all about, and why cyber crime is one of the hottest topics in law enforcement right now. Also, we met James Van Der Beek, which was pretty amazing.
