The Breville BOV650XL Compact Smart Oven is an updated model of the Breville BOV800XL Smart Oven. Combining a smaller size and high performance, the oven does much more than toast.
The toaster oven has come a long way. From its early beginnings as a glorified toaster, through the current appliances that can take up the full countertop, the toaster oven has progressed from novel appliance to must-have accessory. The Breville BOV650XL Compact Smart Oven packs modern features into a small footprint. (It's a smaller version of the previous model, the Smart Oven.) Measuring a reasonable 16.5 inches across by 14.25 inches deep, with a height of 10 inches, the 1,800-watt toaster oven supplies much appreciated power in an efficient use of space. Convenient enough to be used as a secondary oven, the device comes with a baking rack, a pizza pan, and two additional enamel racks for baking and broiling.
Along with the compact size, the toaster oven has convenient features. A heat-setting range of 120 degrees to 450 degrees ensures that when using the eight preset functions, results will come out as expected.
