THQ, Marvel ink games deal

Game publisher THQ and comics giant Marvel Enterprises announced an agreement Monday giving THQ exclusive rights to publish games based on several Marvel franchises, including "Captain America" and "The Punisher." The two companies also will collaborate on a new comics series, "The Call," based on real-life New York stories. "The Call" comics are set to debut in 2003, followed a year later by games based on the new series.
