TheStreet.com, Yahoo extend news deal

Financial commentary site TheStreet.com has extended its agreement to offer news from its subscription-based service RealMoney.com on Web portal Yahoo. Under the deal, Yahoo users can choose between two RealMoney.com subscription packages available throughout Yahoo Finance. Yahoo has been striking deals with outside companies to offer subscription-based services or content as a way to diversify revenue. Last week, the company announced a deal with enterprise software company Divine to offer premium document searches for a fee.
