On Friday, the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) is scheduled to file a brief with the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco in its legal battle against music-swapping service Napster. After the RIAA brief is filed, the court will schedule oral arguments.
