The unique design of the roaster uses a detachable suspension arm that holds a chicken above the pan. The placement allows for the entire chicken to brown evenly, as well as provides room for a full pan of roasted vegetables. The pan has a flared design that allows the chicken to have full exposure to heat. The arm also has a reservoir, that can be filled with flavors like wine or beer to take your roast chicken up a notch. The design also results in a healthier meal: because the chicken is suspended, it drains to provide a leaner dinner.
The Ultimate Chicken Roaster is constructed from triple-ply bonded metal--an aluminum core between layers of stainless steel. The pan measures 14.5 inches by 11.75 inches by 2.5 inches.The suspension arm can support a bird weighing up to 8 pounds--although it may not do so well with a big Thanksgiving turkey, a duck and other small poultry will cook equally well.
