The new Telstra data start from AU$5 per month for 30MB, and range up until AU$99 per month for a 9GB data allowance. The 1GB pack receives an AU$20 price cut, now AU$29 per month. Telstra has also introduced two new plans, 3GB and 6GB monthly quotas.

Optus offers 1GB for AU$14.95 to customers on contract, while 3 Mobile will dish out 6GB for AU$40 per month.
