"Trump would be a disaster for innovation."
That is the key message of an open letter published to Huffington Post and Medium on Thursday and endorsed by 145 tech leaders, including Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak and Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian.
The letter states that presumptive GOP nominee Donald Trump "stands against the open exchange of ideas, free movement of people, and productive engagement with the outside world that is critical to our economy -- and that provide the foundation for innovation and growth."
Those endorsing the letter also include Internet pioneer Vint Cerf, Sun Microsystems co-founder Vinod Khosla, Wikipedia founder Jimmy Wales, venture capitalist Aileen Lee of Cowboy Ventures and entrepreneur Robert Scoble.
