TeaLeaf raises $12 million
Software maker said Tuesday that it has closed a third round of venture funding totaling $12 million.
The company, whose applications help companies monitor and diagnose Web site malfunctions, has raised $36.1 million of venture capital since its inception nearly three years ago. Bay Partners led the recent round, with further investments from Matrix Partners, Foundation Capital and J.P. Morgan Investment. TeaLeaf was spun out of SAP Labs, the research and development division of software giant SAP.
