Spoiler warning: Don't read if you don't want details about "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2."
He's been Rocky, he's been Rambo, he's been Judge Dredd, but Sylvester Stallone is awfully proud of his role in "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2." So proud, in fact, that on Saturday, the day after the film opened in the US, he shared a clip of his role on his Instagram account.
No spoilers here as to plot or dialogue -- you can choose to watch or not watch -- but the clip, which was also shown on "Good Morning America," had been viewed more than 250,000 times in just six hours.
"This Marvel movie was a wonderful experience," Stallone writes. "Led by the brilliant director James Gunn. Plus it was great to work with my old buddy, Michael Rooker from Cliffhanger days."
Rooker, who plays Yondu in "Guardians," isn't the only former co-star of Stallone's appearing in "Guardians." Kurt Russell, who plays Ego in the film, shared title billing with Stallone back in 1989's "Tango & Cash."
And speaking of cash, it looks like "Guardians 2" is on its way to making a lot of it. On Saturday, Variety was reporting the sequel was crushing it at the box office, on its way to a reported $140 million weekend.
