Sun to snap up Isopia

Sun Microsystems signed an agreement to acquire Isopia, which develops software used for offering education over the Internet. The company's software will become one of the products Sun offers to customers who need to run training programs, Sun said Tuesday. Terms of the deal, a stock and cash transaction, weren't disclosed. Sun makes most of its money selling servers but has software products as well in areas such as e-commerce.
