Sun Microsystems has completed its $387 million acquisition of SeeBeyond, a company whose software helps customers integrate disparate computing applications, the company said Thursday.
Sun is selling the software as its Java System Integration Suite, the Santa Clara, Calif.-based company said. The next version is scheduled for release in the first quarter of 2006, and within 90 days, Sun plans to release future product plans and incorporate the software as part of its Java Enterprise System server software suite.
