Steadicam Smoothee adds stability to Drift action cams
Building on Steadicam's collection of mounts for its video stabilizer, the Smoothee can now be fitted with a mount for Drift cameras old and new.

Steadicam's compact handheld image stabilizer, the Smoothee , is a great accessory for taking the shake out of clips you shoot with a GoPro or iPhone, and now Drift's line of action cams.
Balance has to be just right with the Smoothee, which is why it can't be used with just any camera. Steadicam's new mount can be used with the Drift HD170 Stealth, Drift HD, Drift HD720, Drift HD Ghost , and Drift Ghost-S .
It's the same Smoothee pictured above with an iPhone 4/4S mount, so that means with the appropriate mount you can use the Drift version with an iPhone, iPod Touch, and GoPro Hero 2, 3, and 3+.
The Steadicam Smoothee for Drift will sell for $150. If you're serious about getting better handheld results from any of these cameras or the iPhone, I strongly recommend picking one up.
