Spotify gives iPhone users a cluster of new features in its latest update for iOS, including the addition of a Discover tab.
The music-streaming service's app update also creates a Now Playing view with an Up Next queue, as well as the ability to edit playlists on Apple's smartphone. It also freshens up with Spotify's new logo.
With the exception of the logo, the new features are iPhone only for now, though the company says Discover and Now Playing will be "coming soon" to more devices.
Discover, which is you can find by tapping a three-lined button on the upper left of the iPhone screen, makes recommendations based on the music you listen to and the artists and friends you follow, suggests related music, and finds touring dates for favorite artists.
It comes a little more than a month after Spotify launched the feature on its Web player to kick off a gradual rollout to its desktop and mobile apps.
The Discover page originally was announced in December and got a boost when Spotify acquired in May long-time partner Tunigo, a Swedish company that offers its own music discovery app.
