Short Take: Zefer wins funding, former CTP exec

Internet services firm Zefer closed $100 million in financing from GTCR Golder Rauner, of Chicago. It's the firm's second round of funding and ranks among the largest private investments in an Internet firm, the company said. Zefer also recently named former Cambridge Technology Partners exec William Seibel as the company's new CEO. Siebel was a former executive vice president and a member of the original management team at CTP, where he spent seven years.
