Short Take: Wyse ships thin clients

Wyse Technology has started shipping scaled-down Windows PCs, or "thin clients," connected by Token Ring or 10BaseT Ethernet networks. The Winterm SE line of devices is designed for users who require constant access to Windows applications, such as programmers developing content for intranets. The 2700SE includes a 15-inch monitor, keyboard, and mouse; pricing starts under $1,000.
